Thailand: Chiang Mai to Koh Chang
In August I got the chance to go to Chiang Mai with my good Austrian friends Clemens, Tommy and Mel. We chilled in Chiang Mai for one night, got a Thai style massage for 150 baht, then made our way to a little town called Pai in the Mountains the next day. Pai is a place rested in the hills with a lot of opportunity for outdoor adventures. We chose making small day trips and had a great time. After Pai we made our way to an Island near the border of Cambodia called Koh Chang. It was a nice place, but not the island paradise you'd get in the south. If you go there have an open mind, but don't expect to find picturesque beaches like you'd see in the south.
